Red lobster menu with prices 20219/3/2023 ![]() our first date since covid19 started over 2 years ago. My husband and I would make a special trip for a date night to Edmonton and Red Lobster was - I repeat "was" one of our favorite restaurants to visit. We knew things would be different because of covid19. I am happy to pay more to go some where to have real lobster and steak ! but you can not compared Apple to Orange. dinner before I go back to Vancouver in few days, to catch up the good old days, casual like the 80's diner, I noticed the booth seating very dirty the whole restaurant do need a good make over, menu have a lot choices, reasonable price, you pay what you get ! a lot of dishes quality is Frozen, special the lobster and steak ! but the biscuits still the best, the quality is not the same before the Covid, special the kitchen, may be short staff, we had the Lobster fest for $79.99, very poor, I ask My steak ( MR) looks like MW, so dry and tough like piece of rubber, lobster tail very rubbery too with the price you pay, no need to complaints, lot of restaurants struggling to stay afloat in this pandemic, we both okay about it, service very pleasant, I honestly I do not see any 5 stars experience. It is well know for their reasonable price for seafood and Biscuits, not a fancy top end seafood restaurant, my last visit is 2019, the restaurant is the same in decor and food, my long time great friend invited me for. (not at all as its described) All in all our meal to celebrate good news was a BIG disappointment. I paid $4.99 extra for about a Tbsp of the special lobster sauce - DONT order - it’s a waste of $5 - it a cheesy sauce with a few flakes of lobster. Jun assured me my salmon was re-made - I'm sure it is not FIRE ROASTED on a grill. Our appetizers arrived and we hadn't even dug into them and our MAINS came out? WHATS THE RUSH? We came in for a leisurely dinner!! The person bringing out the order said they would take them back - BTW - Who wants to eat food that's been under a heat lamp? Most disappointing as maybe a few minutes later a baked potato came out separately ? Soooo our food sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes as we told them We are NOT in a RUSH!!! We told Jun we were not in a rush and to bring our drinks first, before ordering. My husband and myself ordered drinks and each decided on the 3 course dinner. Jun our waiter was very efficient ( like an. ![]() We came in about 5 PM to beat the rush, however there was never a lineup at the door while we were there. So very disappointed with our experience at Red Lobster in the west end. I definitely recommend this place and if you are looking for a very good seafood restaurant this is the place for you! More As I said earlier, I went with some friends and we had a blast. The soft ambience is perfect for conversation. The seasoning is on point, and it is also served with butter already on it. I would highly recommend the garlic shrimp. The lobster tank was near the entrance, so as soon as you walk in you get a burst of atmosphere. You can check out the lobsters in the tank at any time. Another amazing addition to this great restaurant is the live lobsters. If you have trouble waiting or want to liven up your intermission from food they have little pads that for around 2~3 dollars you can choose from a selection of games to play, and when you are finished with your meal the "game" pad also has a pay and tip menu. They had many different options for food, drinks, appetizers, and much much more! I decided to get their ultimate endless shrimp and a coke for only around 30 dollars CAD. I went here for a casual dinner with some friends and I was not disappointed.
